Standard UK delivery

Our powered mobility products can be cumbersome, so we ask one of our courier partners to deal with all the heavy lifting for you. This is our Room of Choice delivery service and it includes:

  • SMS and email updates to keep you in the loop from the moment you place your order to the day your product is delivered.

  • A 2-hour delivery window with a courtesy call 30-45 minutes before our delivery partner arrives - so you won't be waiting indoors all day.

  • Delivery of your product to a room of your choice, up a maximum of 3 flights of stairs.

  • Your item can be unboxed, but for extras like assembly, demonstration and the removal of packaging you may want to consider our Home Assembly service.

  • Smaller items will be delivered to your door by one of our other courier partners.

Fuss-free delivery with our Home Assembly service

We'll get you set up and ready to go with your new product within 14 working days of placing your order.

Our Home Assembly service guarantees the safe assembly and installation of our bigger and bulkier mobility products, like scooters, riser recliners, bath lifts and more.

It's ideal if you live in an upstairs flat or apartment, would struggle to lift heavy boxes or parts, or just want to make sure your product is correctly assembled and safely installed.

On your delivery day, the engineer will arrive with your product and make sure everything is just right. They'll show you how everything works, including how to charge, assemble and disassemble your product. If you've got any questions, our engineer will be happy to answer them. And they'll even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave. It really is as simple as that.

Where products are particularly tricky to put together, Home Assembly will be provided free of charge. You'll see these products listed with Home Assembly included. The standard charge for Home Assembly is £60. Extra items can be added for just £30 each. Please note that Home Assembly deliveries are sometimes carried out by a third party.

International delivery

The price of international delivery depends on your location. We use a wide range of couriers and deliver to over 70 countries worldwide. Please email international@careco.co.uk or call us on 0333 015 5000 for a delivery quote.

Missing Parcels & Deliveries

Please be aware that if you request that your item(s) is left in a safe place via the courier notes, CareCo cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from your local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.

Missing Parcels & Deliveries

  • CareCo strongly advises against deliveries to hotels and third parties. Any deliveries to hotels or third parties are entirely at the risk of the customer.

  • CareCo cannot accept any liability for mislaid or missing orders.

  • Unfortunately CareCo cannot accept any liability for mislaid or missing orders once they have been delivered to the address that you have given us.

  • If your product is damaged you MUST advise CareCo on the SAME DAY of delivery/receipt of your goods. After this time we are unable to claim from our carriers.

Delayed Orders

Occasionally we run out of certain products. If you place an order for an item we are currently waiting for we will wait 5 days to see if it's delivered to our warehouse. If not, we will send out the item(s) we do have in stock, with the remaining items going onto back order.

Delayed Orders

  • Once we receive the stock we will dispatch the missing item(s) with no delivery charge.

  • Where stock is limited for certain items, we will give priority to customers who pay for priority dispatch.

Delivery Address

Once your order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect your order once it has been processed. For these reasons, please supply us with a delivery address where you know somebody can sign for your parcel.

  • If nobody is available to sign for your parcel then a card will be left at the address. You can then arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.

  • Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

Damaged on delivery

Occasionally, issues during transit may mean that your product arrives with a few knocks and scrapes. If this happens, we ask that you report it immediately by signing the courier delivery note 'Damaged on Arrival' and informing us on the same day as delivery. Any damaged goods must be retained by the buyer for inspection. See the Returns paperwork that came with your order for more information.
